Truth vs. Façade
There is a world that looks free,
but lives in fear.
A world that smiles,
but never feels.
That speaks of light,
but hides from truth.
That pretends to be whole,
while building its worth
on appearances, performance,
and silent frustration.
I see it.
I feel it.
And I no longer wish to belong.
Because I came to remember.
Not to blend in.
Not to be liked.
But to be true.
To walk a path where feeling is not weakness,
but wisdom.
Where presence is not passive,
but powerful.
Where life is not a show,
but a sacred echo of who I really am.
Let the façades crumble.
Let the masks fall.
Let only what’s real remain.
I am not afraid to be seen
in my rawness,
my softness,
my truth.
And I choose to build a world
from that place.
